We built the ATS we always wanted.

For years the job ran on grit and spreadsheets: keyword searches that missed good people, evenings lost to the same client emails, context scattered across a dozen tools that didn’t talk. We tried the ATS market. The tools stored the data and left the thinking to us.

So we started building — not another database with an “AI” sticker, but a tool where the intelligence does the legwork and shows its work: it reads the whole database in plain language, drafts the writing, and explains every suggestion.

The model does the work. You keep the judgment.

Being operators is the advantage. Our own recruitment agency runs on Doowings Hire every day, so every screen has been used under a real deadline, for a real client. When something gets in the way, we feel it first.

And we’re European. Our candidates and clients live under GDPR and, now, the EU AI Act. We treated those rules as design constraints from the first line of code — which is why the oversight, the audit trail and the privacy tools are part of the product, not a document.
